Keerti Jaya
Keerti Jaya is a law clerk at Troutman Amin with experience in litigation, criminal prosecution, and dispute resolution. She earned her law degree from Christ University and is admitted to practice law in India. She also received her LL.M. in Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law from University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining the firm, Keerti served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of India and later practiced predominantly in criminal prosecution. She is also an accredited mediator through Accords International, with emerging interests in data privacy, artificial intelligence, media, and technology law. Keerti’s current work focuses on TCPA and compliance.
