This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irvine, CA, for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will support attorneys in complex TCPA defense and regulatory counseling matters, including federal and state litigation, class actions, and compliance advisory work. The role includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, managing discovery, preparing filings in federal and state courts, and assisting with client compliance audits related to telemarketing, advertising, and data privacy laws. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure matters are handled efficiently, strategically, and with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proficiency in civil litigation procedures, including federal and state court rules
• Strong experience with TCPA, telemarketing compliance, consumer protection, or privacy-related matters preferred
• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and discovery materials
• Experience managing large-scale document productions and e-discovery platforms
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-stakes litigation
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial or regulatory matters
• Familiarity with telemarketing laws, FCC regulations, or data privacy frameworks is a plus
