Associate Attorney (Full time/on-site)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irvine, CA, for an Associate Attorney. The role includes providing comprehensive legal advice, conducting legal research, managing labor and employment law matters, and negotiating legal agreements. The Associate Attorney will work on complex litigation cases and compliance matters while collaborating with a team of legal professionals to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal practices, with a strong foundation in data privacy or telecom law
- Expertise in providing legal advice and conducting thorough legal research
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and resolving legal disputes
- Ability to manage complex caseloads with attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar in good standing
- Prior experience in complex litigation or privacy law is a plus
